Only apply at the base of the upper eyelashes. DO NOT APPLY to the lower eyelid. Hair growth may occur in other skin areas that LATISSE® solution frequently touches. If you develop or experience any eye problems or have eye surgery, consult your doctor immediately about continued use of LATISSE®. The most common side effects after using LATISSE® solution are itchy eyes and/or eye redness. If discontinued, lashes will gradually return to their previous appearance.

Your doctor or nurse should thoroughly review your medical history and provide a physical evaluation to determine whether you are a good candidate for Latisse.

How does Latisse Work?

The secret behind LATISSE’s® success is the active ingredient bimatoprost. This ingredient is actually a form of a glaucoma drug. As doctors used bimatoprost to treat glaucoma, they noticed their patients were also growing longer lashes as a result of using the drug. This realization led Allergan to begin studying the drug as a medication for eyelash growth. LATISSE® appears to both extend the growing phase of the lashes (for longer length), and increase the number of hairs that sprout (for thicker lashes).

How is it Used?

LATISSE® is applied to upper lashes each night by dabbing the solution to the base of the lashes using a special applicator brush. The medication is naturally spread to the lower lashes as your eyes blink, ensuring both eyelids receive the benefits of the medication. Applicators must be discarded after every use, to prevent the risk of eye infection or an allergic reaction.

What Results can I Expect?

Patients will generally begin to see results after using LATISSE® for two full months. Once you have achieved your desired results (usually within three to four months), your doctor may recommend switching to application every other day. • Length increase by up to 25%
• Thickness increase by up to 106%
• Darkness increase by up to 18%
