Theresa M Quinn, MD, FACS
Dr. Theresa Quinn is a Harvard Medical School trained and board certified General Surgeon with more than 20 years of surgical experience that spans Abdominal Transplant, Hepatobiliary, Minimally Invasive and General Surgery, and includes experience as the Section Chief of General Surgery at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center. She is an award-winning educator and patient care advocate. She has refocused her career on Total Vein Care at Wisconsin Vein Solutions, her second vein practice in the Milwaukee area. As a board certified, experienced General Surgeon, she can differentiate vein disease from arterial and lymphatic, as well as chronic neurologic disease. She has a unique skill set and experience that serves patients with Chronic Vein Disease well and allows targeted, effective care.
Wisconsin Vein Solutions emphasizes superior patient care, outstanding results, and cost effective and efficient care. We emphasize meaningful collaboration with Primary Care, OB/GYN, Nutrition, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Chiropractic Care, Physical Therapy, Insurers and other members of the team. To achieve excellent results for Chronic Vein Disease and Venous Insufficiency, one must approach Conservative Care thoughtfully – weight loss, nutrition, exercise, and the use of medical grade stockings prior to, and in concert with, any invasive strategies. Patients are often markedly improved by interventions but still must implement the conservative therapy as a life-long effort. Quality results for patients cannot be obtained in a vacuum — only through collaboration and cost effective efforts.
